Email

Send a request to info@midnorthkey.com with the subject line UNSUBSCRIBE, or click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email we send. Include the email address you want removed. Requests are processed within 10 business days.

SMS / Text messages

Reply STOP to any text message you receive from MidNorth Key. You will receive one confirmation message and no further marketing texts will be sent to that mobile number. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Partner and third-party communications

MidNorth Key is an independent comparison service. When you submit a request through our site, your information may be shared with one or more lenders, insurers, or financial partners. Each of those parties operates its own communications and unsubscribe processes. To stop receiving communications from a partner, you must contact that partner directly. MidNorth Key cannot opt you out of communications from third parties on your behalf.

Records and data deletion

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not delete records of any request you previously submitted. To request deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, see our Privacy Policy or the Do Not Sell My Info section.
